Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams and ensure equipment, processes, and information flow enable exceptional patient care.

The role involves preparing, managing, and maintaining surgical equipment, anticipating device needs, and providing timely adjustments. You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and biomedical teams, and educate staff on product use. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HSPA/CRCST certification required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 1+ year experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, or OR environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment for each procedure.
• Support OR teams during procedures and adjust equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on Stryker products.
• Travel to other accounts as needed.
