Job summary

Endoscopy of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy to lead day-to-day operations across clinical areas, including OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP, ensuring efficient service and an excellent patient experience.

The role reports to the Administrator and drives policies, credentialing, safety, and risk management while using clinical leadership to improve outcomes and fiscal accountability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Current license as aCA Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in surgery, endoscopy or critical care. Endoscopy and/or outpatient surgery experience preferred.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas including OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP.
• Collaborate with Administrator to promote fiscal accountability and policy development.
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety measures, risk management, and staff performance evaluation.
• Enhance patient care and outcomes through effective leadership and process improvements.
