Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy to lead day-to-day operations across OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP areas. You will implement efficiency initiatives, manage policies, and collaborate with the Administrator to maintain fiscal accountability and quality outcomes.

The role requires Nursing leadership, CA RN license, and 2+ years in clinical supervision within surgery or endoscopy. Strong English, teamwork, and credentialing oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Current license as a CA Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in surgery, endoscopy or critical care.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with physicians, staff and patients.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications (PALS within 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas including OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP.
• Implement process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience.
• Report to the Administrator and collaborate on policies and staff performance.
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety measures, and risk management to enhance patient care.
