Qualifications

• CRCST certification required within 6 months of hire and ongoing CE annually.
• Ability to travel and provide coverage for other accounts as needed.
• On-call, overnight, and weekend shift readiness with 45-minute arrival window.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables for procedure readiness.
• Support OR teams by anticipating device needs and adjusting equipment during procedures.
• Troubleshoot routine and complex equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, and biomedical teams to ensure service quality.
• Document equipment usage, performance metrics, and account updates for compliance.
