Job summary

Stryker Group seeks an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support MIS procedures and ensure equipment readiness for a seamless surgical workflow. You will collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, and biomedical teams to maintain high service levels and equipment performance.

Role requires OR technical support experience, anatomy knowledge, and CRCST/HSPA certification within 6 months. Willingness to travel and cover on-call/weekend shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, sterile workflow operations, or operating room environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually).

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated suite systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
• Support video conferencing, DICOM transfers, and EMR connectivity (where applicable).
