Job summary

Stryker Endoscopy OnSite Specialist role supports surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness and smooth information flow to drive patient care.

You will set up towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems, anticipate device needs during procedures, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

The position requires on-site work, strong clinical collaboration, and willingness to travel, with on-call and after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, or OR environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain surgical equipment before procedures.
• Assist OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to ensure service quality.
• Document equipment usage and monthly performance metrics.
• Educate clinical staff on product use and safety standards.
• Maintain safety, privacy standards and professional conduct.
• Provide flexible coverage, including travel as needed.
