Job summary

Stryker is hiring an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness, coordinating disposables, and providing timely adjustments during procedures. The role requires collaboration with OR staff and biomedical teams, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation to sustain high service levels.

You will stay current on Stryker products, adhere to safety standards, and participate in on-call or travel as needed to support multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, sterile workflow, or operating room environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables to ensure readiness and minimize interruptions.
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and enabling a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, and biomedical teams to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain documentation including equipment usage, monthly metrics, and account updates for compliance.
• Stay current with Stryker equipment and educate clinical staff on product use.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and facility standards while upholding professional appearance and customer focus.
• Provide flexible coverage including on-call, overnight, weekend shifts, and travel to other accounts as needed.
