Job summary

Stryker in Milwaukee is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams and ensure smooth equipment, processes, and information flow for exceptional patient care. You will prepare, manage, and maintain endoscopy equipment before procedures.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, collaborating with OR staff, documenting usage, and staying current with Stryker technology; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel and provide coverage at other accounts as needed, including occasional overnight travel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
• Support video conferencing, DICOM transfers, and EMR connectivity.
