Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist in Milwaukee to prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products for every procedure. You will support OR teams, anticipate device needs, and ensure equipment readiness while minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, documenting usage and performance metrics, staying current with Stryker technologies, and traveling as needed to cover accounts within your region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year in customer service, technical assistance, or OR support.
• HSPA/CRCST certification within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables to ensure readiness.
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjusting equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain high service reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and biomedical teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain documentation including procedure information, equipment usage, and monthly metrics.
• Stay current with Stryker equipment, educate staff on product use, and follow safety and privacy standards.
