Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams in Chapel Hill, NC area. You will ensure equipment readiness, anticipate device needs during procedures, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.

The role requires collaboration with OR staff, SPD, and biomedical teams, with responsibilities including documentation, training, and adherence to safety standards. Travel may be required to support other accounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑call, overnight, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post‑procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
