Job summary

Stryker in Temple, TX is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams with equipment readiness, maintenance, and service delivery. You will troubleshoot devices, coordinate with OR staff, decontaminate and reprocess instruments, and ensure adherence to hospital policies.

The role requires flexibility, travel within the region, and ongoing training on Stryker products. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 0+ years experience, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
0+ years of related work experience.
Ability to work rotating schedules, including on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts, and travel within region.
Proficiency with basic computer applications.
Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
CRCST certification required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles.

Responsibilities

Decontaminate and assemble rigid scopes, cameras, light cords, and power instrumentation.
Perform in-line function testing (leak, sharpness, insulation, or power checks).
Wrap and containerize sets for sterilization per IFU.
Maintain and update Stryker-managed instrumentation lists in collaboration with SPD leadership.
Facilitate repairs, replacements, and instrument tracking per hospital protocols.
Communicate with SPD and OR leaders regarding equipment readiness and process improvements.
