Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Manager for the Endoscopy team to drive sales and deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. This field-based role requires building trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff while meeting revenue targets.

You will conduct product demonstrations, provide education, and support procedures across hospitals and clinics within the Western and Northern Maryland markets, Leesburg, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in B2B sales or 1 year as ATM in Endoscopy with leadership approval.
• Ability to travel regularly and transport inventory/equipment within territory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations, education, in-servicing, and procedural support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Boston Scientific products and competitive landscape.
