Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Manager for the Endoscopy team in the US. You will drive sales performance, build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff, and deliver product demonstrations and procedural support across hospitals and clinics.

The role requires clinical excellence, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving, with regular travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years B2B sales or 1 year ATM in Endoscopy with leadership approval.
Proven ability in fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environments.
Full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to close.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Demonstrate clinical excellence in applicable disease states.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through site visits, product demos, and education.
Cultivate connections with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital admins, and infection control staff.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company vision.
Serve as trusted clinical and commercial resource through training and support.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Boston Scientific products and competitors.
Manage expenses and promotional budgets per company guidelines and document activities.
