Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Manager for the Endoscopy team to drive sales, build clinical partnerships, and expand opportunities across Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC regions. The role blends clinical excellence with strategic planning in hospital and office settings.

You will visit sites, demo products, provide education, and support procedures while maintaining strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or 1 year as an ATM within BSC Endoscopy with leadership approval.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed, metrics-driven sales environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the territory and transport inventory/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence in applicable disease states.
• Build and maintain relationships through regular site visits, product demos, education, in-servicing, and procedural support.
• Cultivate connections with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital administrators, and infection control personnel.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company priorities.
• Serve as a trusted clinical and commercial resource for physicians and staff through training and support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Boston Scientific products, programs, and competitive landscape.
• Manage expense and promotional budgets per company guidelines and document sales activities.
• Uphold all quality policies within the sales organization.
• Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and product quality.
• Ensure 100% compliance with applicable regulations and corporate policies.
