Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Manager for Endoscopy to serve Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, Simpsonville, Greer (SC) and Asheville (NC). You will drive regional sales, conduct product demonstrations, and provide procedural support while building trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, and staff.

The role requires clinical excellence, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving in a field-based setting with regular travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of B2B sales experience or 1 year as ATM in BSC Endoscopy with approvals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, metrics-driven sales environment.
Experience managing full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel regularly and transport inventory/equipment within territory.
Occasional travel for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Demonstrate clinical excellence in applicable disease states.
Build and maintain relationships through site visits, demos, education, and procedural support.
Engage diverse stakeholders including physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company priorities.
Provide training and support as a trusted clinical and commercial resource.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, programs, and competitive landscape.
Manage expenses and documentation of sales activities and budget.
