Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for Endoscopy equipment across assigned customers. You will train staff, troubleshoot equipment, and act as the primary clinical resource for the region in collaboration with the sales team.

Role requires field experience, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 50% for local, regional, and national engagements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, hands-on support and training for Fujifilm Endoscopy equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and manage repair-related activities.
• Deliver continuous staff training for physicians, reprocessing staff, technicians and nurses.
• Collect, analyze and report data to improve workflow and reduce repairs.
• Coordinate with sales team as a primary clinical resource in the region.
