Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site training and hands-on support for Endoscopy equipment across assigned customers. You will lead post-sale activities, perform setup, troubleshoot, and train staff including physicians, nurses and technicians.

The role requires effective communication, data-driven analysis, and adherence to regulatory standards, with up to 50% travel to regional customers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced procedures preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively.
Ability to troubleshoot endoscopy equipment and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment for regional customers.
Deliver post-sale, on-site client support including setup, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
Monitor, report, and support repair transactions and provide ongoing staff training.
Analyze data to present insights and identify trends for strategic decisions.
Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
Comply with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
