Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to deliver on-site support and training for all Fujifilm Endoscopy equipment. You will troubleshoot, train staff including physicians and nurses, and partner with sales to ensure customer success across assigned accounts.

Role requires strong clinical knowledge of endoscopy, effective communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email applications; strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot Fujifilm endo equipment and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver on-site, face-to-face client support and manage equipment setup, inspection and maintenance.
• Identify process improvements and design workflows to increase efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for repair history and root cause analysis.
• Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports on installation, usage, training effectiveness, and trends.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485 and applicable regulations.
