Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for endoscopy equipment across assigned customers and regions. You will train physicians, technicians, and staff, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment while partnering with the sales team.

You will deliver continuous education, perform root-cause analyses, report progress to regional management, and help optimize workflows to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot Fujifilm endo equipment and determine root cause.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support and troubleshoot/maintain equipment.
• Provide daily maintenance and independent management of the client’s Fujifilm equipment.
• Analyze data to monitor installation/usage and train staff accordingly.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
