Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to deliver on-site, hands-on support for endoscopy equipment, train clinicians and support staff, and coordinate with the sales team regionally. This role requires strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will troubleshoot devices, manage installations, analyze usage data, and prepare reports for senior management while traveling locally to customer sites

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field sales or clinical experience.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot Fujifilm endo equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale on-site client support and manage installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide routine reports on installation, usage progress, and staff training needs to senior management.
• Monitor repairs, identify improvement opportunities, and design workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce repairs.
• Travel to customer sites as required to support product adoption and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and applicable laws and standards.
