Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for Fujifilm Endoscopy equipment across assigned customers. You will train physicians, reprocessing staff, technicians, and nurses, while addressing inquiries and driving operational efficiency.

The role includes troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting to management, with travel up to 50% and collaboration with the regional sales team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy. Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to relay technical information to customers and team members.
• Ability to troubleshoot all Fujifilm endo equipment and determine root cause of issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment/services for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support and manage setup, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Fujifilm equipment.
• Maintain client equipment and identify process improvements to reduce repairs.
• Serve as primary contact for repair history and root cause analysis to minimize future issues.
• Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports on installation/usage, training needs, and trends for decision making.
• Analyze data to monitor progress and inform strategic planning.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485).
