Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for Endoscopy equipment across assigned customers. The role trains customer staff, troubleshoots equipment, and collaborates with sales to ensure optimal workflow and service quality.

This position reports to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager, with occasional travel up to 50% to support regional customers and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
  • Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to relay technical information.
  • Ability to troubleshoot all Fujifilm endo equipment and determine root cause.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to provide expert guidance, training, and support to ensure workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for our regional based customers.
  • Deliver post sale, face‑to‑face client support including setup, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and reporting on repair transactions.
  • Provide daily maintenance and independent management of the client’s Fujifilm equipment and identify process improvements.
  • Serve as primary contact for repair history, root cause analysis and plans to minimize future damages.
  • Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports detailing installation progress, training effectiveness, and trends for strategic decisions.
  • Analyze data to monitor installation progress and identify trends for planning.
  • Provide and maintain customer data for integration into future database applications.
  • Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
  • Adhere to safety policies and FDA/ISO requirements.
