Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site customer support for endoscopy equipment in the US. You will train staff, troubleshoot devices, and serve as the clinical resource for the sales team, covering regional customers with strong problem-solving and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced therapeutic procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for all levels.
• Ability to troubleshoot endoscope equipment and identify root causes.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to present to small groups and manage discount calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource by providing continuous training of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support as per account agreement.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Provide data-driven insights and weekly/monthly reports to management.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
