Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary endoscopy; advanced procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Strong communication to relay technical information and train staff.
• Ability to troubleshoot endoscopy equipment and identify root causes.
• Time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to present to groups and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training and education for Fujifilm equipment to regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face support and maintain equipment; set up and support systems.
• Monitor, report, and assist with repairs; identify process improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for repair history and root cause analysis.
• Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports on installation, usage, and training impact.
• Analyze data to monitor progress and inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain customer data for future database integration.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
