Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for Fujifilm Endoscopy equipment across assigned U.S. customers. You will train staff, troubleshoot problems, and ensure optimal operation of the product catalog.

Role reports to the Zone Sales Director/Regional Manager; requires 2+ years in clinical or field sales, GI endoscopy knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Competitive benefits and KPI-based bonus available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training and education of Fujifilm equipment to regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support and maintenance per account agreements.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm endoscopy equipment; report repairs.
• Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management and training needs.
