Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for endoscopy equipment. You will train customer staff, troubleshoot devices, perform maintenance, and serve as the clinical liaison for regional sales teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in clinical or field sales, with GI/pulmonary endoscopy knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. Travel up to 50% and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience.
Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot Fujifilm endo equipment and determine root cause.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education for regional customers.
Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support and maintain equipment.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
Provide staff training on Fujifilm technologies and overall support.
Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports to senior management.
Analyze data to monitor installation and usage progress and identify trends.
Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
Adhere to safety policies and FDA/ISO requirements.
