Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for Endoscopy equipment. You will train customer staff, troubleshoot devices, and partner with the sales team regionally to ensure optimal equipment performance.

You will manage installation, maintenance, and usage metrics while delivering data-driven insights and reports to senior management. Occasional travel and adherence to FDA/ISO requirements are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Experience with GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver on-site client support per account agreements.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Provide staff training and develop workflows to improve efficiency.
