Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site training and support for Endoscopy equipment across assigned accounts. You will set up systems, troubleshoot, train staff including physicians and nurses, and serve as the clinical liaison with sales teams.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor preferred), 2+ years of clinical or field sales experience, strong communication and data analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary endoscopy and experience in advanced therapies preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Outlook; strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot endoscopy equipment and analyze data.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to train staff and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for our regional based customers.
• Deliver post sale, face‑to‑face client support including setup, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Provide staff training on Fujifilm technologies and overall customer support.
• Develop workflows to improve efficiency and reduce repairs using own judgement.
• Act as a clinical liaison with periodic reports to management and support strategic decisions.
