Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for Endoscopy equipment across assigned customers in the United States. You will train clinical staff, troubleshoot devices, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize workflow and usage.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data‑driven reporting, with travel to local and regional sites up to 50% as needed, and adherence to FDA and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced therapeutic procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm equipment and services for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support per account agreements.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Provide staff training on Fujifilm technologies and overall customer support.
• Maintain client equipment and identify workflow improvements to reduce repairs.
• Serve as primary contact for repair history, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports on installation progress and training effectiveness.
• Analyze data to monitor installation/usage progress and identify trends for strategic planning.
• Manage customer data for future database integration.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
• Adhere to safety policies and FDA/ISO requirements.
