Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation in Nashville is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for Endoscopy equipment and related products. You will train hospital staff, physicians, and technicians, while collaborating with the sales team to optimize patient care and equipment utilization.

You will troubleshoot devices, perform maintenance, and deliver data-driven insights to management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous training of Fujifilm equipment and services for regional customers.
  • Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Fujifilm equipment.
  • Identify process improvements and design workflows to improve efficiency and reduce repairs.
  • Serve as primary contact for repair history and root cause analysis to minimize future issues.
  • Develop and deliver weekly and monthly reports on installation, usage, training effectiveness, and trends.
  • Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
