Job summary

Fujifilm needs an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site training and support for Endoscopy systems across the Boise, Idaho region. You will train clinical staff, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize customer workflows.

Requirements include 2+ years in field sales or clinical roles, GI/endoscopy knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel up to 50% is expected; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Outlook; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education for Fujifilm equipment to regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support including setup, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions; conduct root cause analysis to minimize future issues.
• Analyze data to present insights; provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
