Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on client support for the Endoscopy product catalog. The role trains customer staff, including physicians and nurses, to independently manage Fujifilm equipment and workflows.

The position reports to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager and involves travel, training delivery, and collaboration with the sales team to ensure optimal equipment usage and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; experience in advanced therapeutic procedures is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm equipment to regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support and manage related account responsibilities.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video towers/systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Provide data-driven insights and weekly/monthly reports to management.
