Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist in Endoscopy to provide on-site customer support for Fujifilm ES equipment. You will train staff, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with regional sales and management to optimize service delivery.

The role requires travel up to 50% and strong clinical and communication skills. This position reports to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager and emphasizes hands-on client support, data analysis, and training across multiple departments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy. Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support and manage equipment setup and maintenance.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Provide data-driven insights and weekly/monthly reports to management.
