Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Account Executive, ES to generate sales revenue in the assigned territory by promoting core products to prospective accounts, maintaining current customers, and building a robust reference network with partner representatives.

You will lead clinical demonstrations, coordinate with the Clinical Sales Specialist, and provide weekly/monthly forecasts and reports. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of field sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related quantitative disciplines; 3–5 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work well independently and take charge of situations.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, competitive environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling solid customer relationships.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and related tools.
• Able to manage time and regional budget requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present and explain complex information to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share growth inside the regional territory as directed.
• Pursue new business and develop methods to attain new opportunities.
• Implement strategic plans to achieve a 10% annual market share increase.
• Direct clinical demonstrations for target accounts and close business.
• Coordinate pre-demo activities with Clinical Sales Specialist for successful demos.
• Nurture current accounts through regular calls, product demos, and in-service sessions.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Train customers on proper equipment use in clinical settings.
• Serve as educational material resource in the field.
• Support VIP customers as directed by management.
• Collaborate with Product Development on clinical evaluations and product improvements.
• Provide timely reports and monthly sales forecasts to supervisor.
• Maintain customer data for future database integration.
