Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks an U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Associate to drive early adoption of the Ion platform. You will support new users, participate in training labs, and build KOL networks to demonstrate clinical and economic value.

Roles require a Bachelor's degree and ~2 years of quota-bearing sales experience, with up to 60% travel and locations near major airline hubs. The position offers base pay, commission, benefits, and equity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years quota-bearing sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, and first case series.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with hospitals to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture procedural data to create QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks, SFDC, expense reports, etc.
