Job summary

Intuitive Surgical seeks a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to drive early adoption of the Ion platform and expand access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy. This role focuses on supporting early sustainable users and developing KOLs to demonstrate clinical, economic, and strategic value.

You will provide procedural support, help with training labs, and collaborate with hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites while ensuring ongoing utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and adapt to change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, first case series, and team development.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with senior hospital staff to plan integration of Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization and commitment.
• Capture user/procedural data to create benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci local sales teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks including SFDC management and expense reporting.
