Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in the United States seeks a U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform and expand access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy.

You will focus on developing KOLs and programs that demonstrate clinical, economic and strategic value. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years of quota-bearing sales, leadership, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 2 years quota-bearing sales experience.
• Proven record of achievement and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and located near a major airline hub.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, attend first case series and development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to integrate Ion at new customer sites and ensure ongoing utilization of the system.
• Capture user and procedural data to create benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams to align stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks, SFDC updates, and expense reporting.
