Job summary

Intuitive seeks a U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Associate to drive early adoption of the Ion platform, expanding access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy. You will help develop programs, train users, and build KOL networks to demonstrate clinical and economic value.

You will support clinical teams, coordinate with ESRs, and work closely with hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites while ensuring ongoing utilization and data capture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years quota-bearing sales experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and achievement.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and progression.
• Support training activities, labs, and first case series.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to integrate Ion at new sites.
• Capture data to support QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams for alignment.
• Manage administrative tasks and SFDC-related work.
