Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in the United States is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform. You will promote safe progression for new users, assist with training labs, and collaborate with hospital leaders to integrate Ion at new sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence clinical and economic value of Ion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity in a changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, first case series, and development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with ESRs and senior hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture critical user and procedural data to support QTI and benchmarking.
• Coordinate with daVinci local sales teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks, SFDC, expense reports, etc.
