Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Associate to advance early adoption of the Ion platform and expand access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy. You will support early sustainable users, develop KOLs, and drive clinical, economic, and strategic value.

The role reports to the U.S. ION Endoluminal Program Manager and requires a Bachelor's degree, up to 60% travel, and a focus on collaboration with ESRs and senior hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves.
• Support training activities to include in-services, training labs, attend first case series and development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to integrate Ion at new customer sites and ensure ongoing utilization of the system.
• Capture user and procedural data to create QTI and benchmarking metrics.
