Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience in a specialty environment, preferably rare disease and injectable experience.
• Experience selling into hospital/university systems and large healthcare networks.

Responsibilities

• Engage in customized discussions with customers in a compliant, ethical manner.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Use budgets to drive therapeutic and territory objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and key influencers and share insights with stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities by understanding practice structures and needs.
• Analyze data to inform sales strategies and resource allocation.
• Develop business plans with leadership to achieve goals and approvals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver resources and pull-through in territory.
• Maintain robust administrative practices including call data and expense reporting.
