Qualifications

• The candidate must have 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage clinicians in a multi-specialty setting.
• Resilience to work in a rapidly changing environment with ambiguity.
• Experience with complex distribution systems and HUB services.
• Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan.
• Able to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives.
• Willingness to meet credentialing requirements and travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Promote the rare conditions portfolio and develop deep product and disease state knowledge.
• Engage in face-to-face clinical dialogue with multi-specialty healthcare professionals.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Execute territory strategies within allocated budget and resources.
• Maintain current understanding of local market structures and influencers.
• Call on pediatric endocrinologists, geneticists, orthopedists, endocrinologists, and pediatricians.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize pull-through value.
• Sell on approved indications and ensure compliant, ethical prescribing.
