Qualificações

• Verify insurance eligibility and referrals/authorizations as needed.
• Collect patient liability and explain financial policies to patients.
• Enter payments/charges and balance cash drawer; prepare daily deposits.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with care teams to optimize patient flow.
• Communicate with patients and staff to ensure accurate information and good service.
