Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services company, seeks an End User Training Lead to direct training strategy for mission‑critical systems in a federal IT environment. You will oversee blended delivery, mentor trainers, and coordinate complex travel and deployment schedules.

You will drive needs assessment, align learning objectives with business goals, and ensure training effectiveness through evaluation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Training, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of training and development experience, incl. 4–6 years on technical projects and 0–2+ years in leadership.
• Proven design, execution, and evaluation of training programs for technical applications.
• Ability to lead and mentor a trainers team with coaching and performance focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage large travel and multiple initiatives.
• Must possess a current secret security clearance (active within past 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission‑critical systems and roadmaps.
• Design blended training programs (classroom, virtual, e‑learning) to drive adoption.
• Mentor and supervise trainers; conduct train‑the‑trainer and quality sessions.
• Oversee creation of lesson plans, curricula, SOPs, guides, and job aids.
• Implement evaluation methods; analyze results and drive content improvements.
• Coordinate with leaders, analysts, owners, and SMEs to plan deployments.
• Oversee travel planning, trainer schedules, budgets, and expense reports.
• Set expectations, observe delivery, and coach for quality and policy compliance.
