Job summary

Qualifications
- BS in CS/IT/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of endpoint management experience (Intune/Endpoint Manager).
- 5+ years End User Computer & Mobility technology support in distributed enterprise.
- Experience designing and documenting end user compute/mobility solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting End User Technology systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd level support and install End User Compute & Mobility solutions.
- Test new and existing End User Technology products for productivity.
- Design processes for setup, patching, and support across locations.
- Communicate status updates clearly in writing or verbally.
- Collaborate with architecture and delivery partners to drive improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to meet service targets.
