Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Platform Engineer III - End User Technology to design, install, configure and support end-user compute and mobility across the enterprise.

The role focuses on MS Intune, Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop and works with EUT Architecture and Support Delivery to drive continual service improvement. Hybrid schedule includes 3 days in-person and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field or equivalent job experience.
• 3-5 years extensive technical experience with endpoint management systems (e.g., MS Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Admin Portal).
• 5+ years End User Computer & Mobile Technology support experience in a distributed enterprise.
• Experience designing and implementing End User Compute and Mobility solutions with strong documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd level technical support and end-user compute & mobility solutions across corporate and retail locations.
• Collaborate with EUT Architecture and Support Delivery to drive service improvement via data analysis.
• Design processes for setup, patching, and support of end-user devices and management tools.
• Coordinate with supplier partners to meet contractual service targets.
• Test new and existing products and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
