Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technical field and/or Business-related field.
• 5 or more years of equivalent experience in relevant technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate across the organization.
• Experience with IT service management (ServiceNow), remote support tools, incident escalation, and ITIL or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of End User Technology engineers across Corporate and Retail users.
• Manage end-user compute environment and tools (Windows, macOS, Intune, Defender, Endpoint Manager, SCCM, JAMF, SysTrack, Zscaler).
• Provide escalation point for executive technical support; collaborate with vendors and partner tech teams.
• Oversee staff development and adoption of ITIL best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
