Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Manager, End User Technology Engineering to lead a skilled team delivering world-class end user solutions across corporate and retail users. You will oversee design, implementation and support, balancing security, availability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, ITIL practices, and collaboration with service providers and tech teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, technical field and/or Business-related field
Equivalent trainings/certifications/experience equivalency will be considered
5 or more years of equivalent experience in relevant job or field of technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate across the organization
Ability to plan, prioritize and drive issues, tasks, and deliverables from concept to closure
Experience with IT service management (ServiceNow), remote support tools, incident escalation, and ITIL or similar frameworks.
High degree of discretion, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of End User Technology engineers, ensuring environment is current, compliant and responsive for Corporate and Retail users.
Manage end-user compute environment and tools including Windows and macOS devices, Intune, Defender, Endpoint Manager, SCCM, JAMF, SysTrack and Zscaler.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting across end-user technologies and develop staff.
Foster leadership and team development; drive strategic thinking and problem solving.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional, customer-centered interactions.
Coordinate meetings with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues affecting customers.
