Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Platform Engineer III - End User Technology to design, install, and support end user compute and mobility solutions across our corporate and retail sites. The role emphasizes engineering workflows, deployment strategies, and service improvements.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with core locations in Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA; and Chicago, IL, with 3 in-person days and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field or equivalent job experience.
• 3–5 years extensive technical experience with endpoint management systems (e.g., MS Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Admin Portal).
• 5+ years End User Computer & Mobility Technology support experience (Design/Installation/Configuration/Support).
• Demonstrated experience with managing/deploying and supporting End User Computer and Mobility Technology in a widely distributed enterprise environment.
• Ability to develop detailed solution designs and implementation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd Level technical support, setup and installation of End User Compute & Mobility Technology solutions across the corporate and retail landscape.
• Assist End User Technology team in testing new and existing products and services that support end user productivity across ADUSA.
• Accountable for designing the processes around setup, installation, patching, and support of end user compute and mobility devices and management solutions across corporate and retail locations.
• Communicate clearly in writing or verbally regarding incidents, project or status updates.
• Collaborate with EUT Architecture and Support Delivery partners to ensure EUTO solutions are working as designed and drive continual service improvement via data analysis.
