Job summary

Seabrook Solutions is seeking a Personal Computer Support Technician to deliver IT services at a NASA center. You will support end users across compute, mobile, and print devices, handle imaging and deployment, and ensure timely ticket updates and SLA adherence. Travel and lifting up to 40 lbs are required.

Responsibilities include PC/printer installation, remote and on-site user assistance, system troubleshooting, OS configuration, and equipment imaging. Prior NASA center experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience providing IT support in a large organization.
• ServiceNow and Costpoint experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities

• Update all assigned tickets accurately and promptly to meet contract requirements.
• Install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Provide technical, operational, and training support to end users by phone or on-site.
• Troubleshoot computer problems, run hardware and software diagnostics, coordinate repairs.
• Resolve computer system problems and coordinate between users and LAN components.
• Configure operating systems, install software, and handle configurations.
• Participate in evaluating system configurations and software.
• Unpack new equipment and package old equipment for removal as needed.
• Support image preparation and imaging of new hardware as needed.
• Ensure all Service Delivery SLAs are met for the program.
